Do You Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is?

Do you know someone who creates? Whether it be painting, photography, fashion, jewellery, design... there is sure to be someone you know who 'makes'.

You have probably even encouraged that person to pursue their talent, perhaps to open a little online shop or even just to have a little stall at the local market, enthusiastically assuring them that people will buy their delightful creations.  But do YOU put your money where your mouth is?

Do you think of supporting your local makers when it comes to buying gifts for friends or family or do you simply head to the nearest shopping centre? Why not turn your words into action and Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is!! You may just end up with some fantastic treasures and maybe even better, supporting local talent and making sure it feels valued!

Here are some fantastic local Australian makers.  Why not check them out and keep them and their compatriots in mind next time you are on the lookout for that special little something for that special little someone?  Or start looking around for yourself.  You could be amazed at who you might find right around the corner...

Got a local maker to tell people about?  Why not leave a link in the comments section?  We would love to know about them and share their talents!!

Hi
Good to read about new upcoming books. I love reading books espacially Most Haunted Stories.
Let me tell you the first Most Haunted Live show aired for only one night but over time this increased to three. The first exception was the Halloween 2005 show in London,
which was broadcast for four nights. Since then there have been live shows which have lasted five nights seven nights and eight nights.
